How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for kitchenware?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are Paula Deen cookware sets dishwasher safe?
While many of our collections are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with mild soap to preserve the finish and non-stick properties of your cookware for years to come.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, PaulaDeenShop only ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options to more countries in the future.
