At PaulaDeenShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and kitchen purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
